Would be very helpful if the insurance certificate could be provided as a pdf as well as the Key Facts and Policy Document.

Thank you for the feedback. Although the system cannot produce policy certificates in PDF itself, I have created and sent you a version of your certificate in PDF format. I hope that helps.

FYI, on some of the screens you could not see the bottom of the page…

FYI, on some of the screens you could not see the bottom of the page and there was no sidebar to move the page up. I had to raise the pages by zooming out. I noticed this when I tried to pay.
