Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're sorry to hear that the Fanco Sanctuary DC fan isn't meeting your expectations for airflow. While this fan provides a higher-than-standard airflow, reaching approximately 11,176 m³/hr, we understand that different factors can impact its performance in your space.
To help ensure optimal performance, please consider the following:
1.Fan Size and Room Size – Is the fan appropriately sized for your room? A fan's effectiveness can be influenced by the size of the space it’s in. If the fan is positioned in the area where you spend most of your time (e.g., above the bed in a bedroom), it should provide sufficient airflow.
2.Ceiling Height – If your ceiling is higher than 2.7 meters (about 8.9 feet), the airflow may not be as noticeable, especially in larger rooms. In this case, installing an extension rod to lower the fan could help improve the air circulation.
3.Fan Mode – Ensure the fan is set to the Summer mode, which maximizes airflow. If it's on Winter mode, the airflow will be directed upwards and won't provide the cooling effect you're looking for.
4.Location of the Fan – If the fan is too close to a wall or in a corner, it could obstruct the airflow. Make sure the fan has enough space around it to circulate air effectively.
If you've checked all these factors and still feel the fan is underperforming, please reach out to us. This model is covered by warranty, and we'd be happy to assist further.
We appreciate your feedback and hope this information helps improve your experience with the Fanco Sanctuary DC fan.
