Trafalgar-anmeldelser

Thank you for choosing Trafalgar.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry to read about the communication difficulties you experienced before your trip to China and understand how frustrating it must have been to seek important information about visa requirements, luggage allowances and potential additional fees, only to receive answers too late or not at all. We regret that the information in the Classic China brochure did not accurately reflect the tour you experienced, including the luggage requirements and the activities included in your itinerary. We appreciate how important it is to receive clear, accurate and timely information when preparing for an international trip. We also understand your frustration regarding the difficulty in reaching someone who could assist you, particularly when your flight was delayed and you were quoted a substantial fee for transport, only to discover that your tour guide was already waiting at the airport. We recognise how stressful and confusing this situation must have been. Your comments regarding the outdated brochure, inconsistent tour information, lack of communication and difficulty accessing support will be shared with the relevant teams for review. We are sorry that these issues affected your confidence in our service and left you feeling unsupported after making your booking. Thank you for bringing these concerns to our attention. We recognise the importance of providing reliable information and responsive support throughout the booking and travel process, and we regret that your experience fell short of these expectations.
