Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback with us. We appreciate your positive comments regarding the Coach Driver and are pleased to read that you felt safe throughout your journey. We are sorry that your first group touring experience left you feeling rushed, particularly with the frequent one-night stays, limited time at key attractions and the pace of the itinerary. We understand your disappointment that some Optional Experiences did not provide the depth of experience you had anticipated, and that the walking requirements made it difficult to fully enjoy certain destinations. We are also sorry to read that illness affected you and other guests during the trip, as this would have significantly impacted your overall enjoyment. We appreciate your concerns regarding coach cleanliness, daily seat rotation and the need to accommodate guests with different walking abilities. Your comments regarding the hotel standards and breakfast selections are also noted. Your feedback will be shared with the relevant teams for consideration as we continue to review our itineraries, accommodation and guest experience. Thank you for sharing your perspective, particularly as this was your first experience of travelling on a group coach tour.

Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback with us. We are pleased to read your positive comments about the Travel Director and Coach Driver, and appreciate your recognition of their knowledge, professionalism and dedication to ensuring you felt safe throughout your trip. However, we are sorry that other aspects of your experience did not meet your expectations. We understand your disappointment regarding the location of the hotels, the quality of the included meals, particularly the farewell dinner, and the limited time available to explore each destination. We appreciate your positive remarks about the Modena vinegar tasting and recognise that, overall, the trip fell short of what you had anticipated. Your feedback regarding the accommodation, dining and itinerary will be shared with the relevant teams for consideration. We regret that your experience has affected your confidence in travelling with Trafalgar again and appreciate you taking the time to bring these concerns to our attention.

Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We are pleased to read that you found the coach consistently clean throughout your journey. However, we are sorry to read about your concerns regarding the way your Travel Director responded when a fellow traveller reported a fall and back injury. We understand why this situation was upsetting and why you expected the matter to be handled with greater urgency and sensitivity. Guest safety and wellbeing are important to us, and we take your comments about the response and the impact it had on your confidence in the Travel Director seriously. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the communication style of your Travel Director. While knowledge and organisation are important, so too are respectful communication and ensuring that all guests feel valued and comfortable asking questions. We are sorry that some of the comments and interactions left you feeling otherwise. Your comments about the overall cost of the tour, the currency used for optional experiences and the information provided about Interlaken are also appreciated. We understand that clearer information about excursion costs and local sightseeing opportunities would have helped you plan more confidently. Your suggestion regarding the Rhine Falls will also be shared with the relevant team for consideration. Thank you again for bringing these matters to our attention. Your feedback is valuable in helping us review the guest experience and identify areas where improvements may be needed.
