We send an email confirmation to all of our customers just a few seconds after they place their order. In the vast majority of cases these arrive without issue, though occasionally they can get caught in spam filters and sometimes customer's mistype their email address.

Thank you for for taking the time to leave your feedback, though I'm saddened to hear that you've had a bad experience with us.

We aim to provide our customers with the best service possible, and endeavor to process all claims within 48 hours. It's very unusual that a claim would take longer than this.

Having discussed your case with our policy administrator, it seems that they were waiting for you to contact them regarding your claim - and having received no response after 14 days they had to withdraw it. Unfortunately they also haven't received a cancellation request from you yet, which explains why your refund hasn't been processed. I've just emailed you directly to try and establish what went wrong, and I hope that we can backdate your cancellation and process a refund.
