Wrong name
I sent you an e-mail on 9th June saying that the wrong name was on the policy. You have Mrs M Rylance, it should read Mrs A Rylance. I have not had a reply yet.

No response to emails! Trying to cancel policy online application unclear
Filled out all fields to set up policy online and after entering bank details there was no response from website. Assumed policy hadn't set up as there was an error message. Emailed but no response....

Not very happy
Trying to get through on phone to ask questions about pet insurance was very difficult, finished by taking out policy on line, I then find that because I have used a credit card to pay for the policy...
