We are ever so sorry to let you down but we have been unable to supply some of the items on your order as they are now out of stock, we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused especially as the plants were intended to fill communal planters.

We are ever so sorry to hear your comments, this certainly does not sound like the standard of service we strive to provide. Sadly we do not appear to have received your email and for this we can only apologise. We would love to be able to issue a replacement pack of Lavender duo straight away but regrettably we are not due to receive further stock of this item until the end of March 2022, we have therefore processed a refund for this. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your review.
