First of all we would like to thank you for taking the time to complete the customer feedback form. We are currently trialling the use of the feedback system in order to improve our service and to better understand our customer requirements. We were very disappointed to hear that you had experienced a very poor service with our team. We set ourselves very high standards in our customer service and thus the reason why Stephensons has been supplying the best bars and restaurants for over 140 years. I can only assure you that this matter has been highlighted to the Directors and are now looking at what steps can be taken in the future to ensure this does not happen again. Once again, we are very sorry for the service you received and hope you will consider using Stephensons again in the future.
