Thank you for taking the time to complete the customer feedback form. We try and cater for all establishments on our website and are therefore able to offer a wide range of stocked products from the basic entry level of Pure White, to the quality assured premium ranges of Churchill China, Dudson & Steelite International. We are sure you will find these ranges from the Potteries to be more suitable for your establishment.

Thank you for taking the time to complete the customer feedback form. We are currently trialling the use of the feedback system in order to improve our service and to better understand our customer requirements. Unfortunately, the feedback was sent out before we could process your order. I have checked with the customer service team who inform me that your order has now been successfully delivered. We hope you will continue to use stephensons.com in the future.
