Following your telephone conversation with our Customer Service Team on the 16th September, we have credited the damaged items in full.
We are sorry that the items did not reach you in the best possible condition and we have now changed how we package crockery items to try and reduce the breakage risk further.
We are pleased that you have since ordered more items from our Dudson range, these items are now ready and awaiting collection at your earliest convenience from our Cash and Carry in Stockport.

Thank you for your positive feedback. It is always great to hear about the performance of our catering equipment and we are particularly pleased that the disposable glasses you purchased proved to be a hit with your customers.
We are aware of various disposable glasses on the market, however, as with all of the products that we include in our catalogue, we spend a lot of time and effort to ensure that we select products that fit our customers’ requirements. We are currently in the process of compiling our 2014 catalogue and are keen to listen to all of our customers’ feedback with regards to product performance, which proves to be valuable when selecting next year’s equipment.

Great initial service, easy to use website, I made a mistake on delivery address and it was corrected then didn't receive goods for 2 weeks, emailed etc and no-one returned my calls or acknowledged...

I am really sorry that we missed the email that you sent to us on the 23rd of August. We take our customer service seriously and we are sad to have disappointed you.
