With regards to the cost of your insurance, we are extremely competitive in this market, so much so that we do offer a price match guarantee against any alternative quotations that you may have had on a like for like policy; so please do compare us against other insurers at your next renewal and we will endeavour to beat our competitors. In relation to the documentation I would like to sincerely apologise if you were not explained the on line portal process at renewal, like many companies we are trying to be environmentally friendly and are hoping to encourage our customers to join us in this by offering a £15 discount.
