All good other than not receiving flight times 7 days before leaving date

Poor service. Disappointing experience.

Our hotel was very poor standard. A damaged sofa double bed so small it was not fit for purpose and two single beds. The kids choice.for food on our first night was chips and onion rings only! ...

I can see from your file that we did indeed respond to the email you sent within 48 hours to which we did not receive a reply and therefore assumed you had taken our advice and sought assistant from those on hand in resort. My daughter was really disappointed in Father Christmas and his fake beard !!! When paying lots money and going to see Santa , you expect to see a good Santa we felt rushed Very disappointed
