Many thanks for your review. I am pleased to hear that for the main part your booking with SCT was easy. Unfortunately the collapse of Thomas Cook was something we had no prior warning of and we had to deal with each booking on a case by case basis. I can see that your original flights were with Thomas Cook and therefore the operator had to source an alternative aircraft and this is likely where the issues around terminals came from. A lot of confusion over the spelling of names had to pay additional fee for correct spelling was not happy about.
