Riviera Travel-anmeldelser

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are very sorry to hear that your journey was affected by flight disruption and apologise for the difficulty you experienced when trying to reach our emergency contact line. We appreciate how frustrating it can be when travel plans change unexpectedly and you're unable to speak to someone as quickly as you would like. We also understand your disappointment at arriving on board later than planned after a long day of travel. While the onboard team sought to provide refreshments following your arrival, we're sorry that the options available did not fully meet your expectations. Thank you for bringing these points to our attention. We value your feedback and hope that, despite the challenges at the start of your trip, you were able to enjoy the rest of your holiday and cruise experience.

Thank you for your detailed feedback. We are delighted to hear that you found the ship comfortable, enjoyed the high standard of catering, and appreciated the attentive service from our crew. It's also wonderful to know that the included tours were enjoyable and enhanced by the knowledge and professionalism of the local guides. We are sorry that the visit to Vienne could not take place as planned due to the lock issue. Unfortunately, situations affecting river navigation can occasionally arise and may require itinerary adjustments for operational and safety reasons. We also regret to hear that your arrival experience did not meet expectations, particularly regarding the airport transfer arrangements and the walk to the ship with luggage in very hot conditions. We understand how frustrating this must have been, especially at the start of your holiday, and appreciate you bringing these points to our attention. Thank you for sharing your balanced feedback. We are pleased that, despite these challenges, you were able to enjoy many aspects of your river cruise experience.
