Very good. Although Breakfast at the Astoria was exceptional (5*), Dinner was only average-to-good (3+*).

Thank you for rating our customer service 5/5. Whilst we were delighted to hear that you thought the breakfast served at the Astoria was exceptional, we regret to hear that dinner fell short of your expectations. We appreciate that food is subjective and what one guest may find satisfactory, another may not. That said, all feedback is closely monitored across the season and your comments have been shared with our Product team for review.
