The holiday joining instructions were clear so we we knew what we had to do when we got to the airport. We were met by our Tour Guide at Milan, who stayed with us for the duration of the whole...

It's wonderful to hear that you had such a positive experience with our Seine Paris and Normandy River Cruise. We're delighted that you found the ship beautiful, the service excellent, the food fantastic, and the trips amazing.
Very poor.
Tour Manager's communication was poor.
When things went wrong communication stopped.
A ridiculous text from Riviera saying relax and have a coffee when standing in a queue in a departure...

Excellent on the boat. But airport transfer could be improved.
Porto airport was chaos. We were left standing in a queue for one and a half hours, only to be told we were on standby as the airline...

Please change the advice re: check in. You said it was OK to check in at the airport. If you do ,as we did, you get a STANDBY TICKET. This caused distress . It has put us off booking another holiday with Riviera. We had to make a fuss as we had been standing 1 1/2 hours. Both in our 80s. The thought of waiting all night for the next plane was very stressful.
