Not pleased
The report picked up on issues that were to be expected from a second hand vehicle & seemed to make a big issue over them, however they missed some major faults that proved very expensive to repair....

Report said the VIN was not recognised
The report said that the VIN number did not exist which left me in a very difficult situation as I was trying to buy the car privately and now I had lost trust. I had to contact yourselves and...

Waste of money.
Car was inspected and a couple of things were picked up but after I bought the car, many, many more things showed out as wrong that should have been picked out on the expensive inspection I ordered....

Prompt, efficient, detailed including verbal information to supplement areas where the inspection itself could not provide a fully comprehensive result. I would use them again.
