Car check to help with court case
The engineer was superb, gave both verbal and written feedback. When found was going to be subject of court case, went to extra trouble to make sure our case was watertight and things we asked about...

I asked for a refund!
The small print is obviously way too small! So many of the things they say they can find out they can't. I received a perfectly nice email saying tough luck sucker :)

overpriced and underwhelming
overpriced for product. difficulty recovering cost when debited twice due to badly designed web page. Length of time between order and request for feedback means expierence largely forgotten
