We apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with your private transfer not showing up at the airport. We're glad that the issue was resolved, but we acknowledge that this service failure was not acceptable. We'll make sure to address this issue with our transfer provider to prevent it from happening in the future.

The Cristina was excellent, a lift would be good, as would a/c in the common areas.The food was superb, as good as i have ever had.
