We were given late arrival time flights on evening of arrival so missed out on 3, 3 course meals at a cost of £90.

Many Thanks for your feedback. We are sorry that you did not enjoy your stay in Jersey, and that after lengthy discussion with ourselves and the hotel during your stay that you remain unsatisfied despite the various compensations offered for your missed evening meal. As these by value significantly exceeded the original advance purchase price of £56 for 3 evening meals, we are unable to offer any further redress and consider the matter closed.
Yes except for shuttle back to airport which forgot us ! Hotel staff fixed it for us .
