Thank you for your feedback, unfortunately, orders that were/are placed using the Royal Mail first class option are all experiencing much longer than usual delays with Royal Mail’s distribution and delivery services due to their ongoing strikes. Please check with your local Royal Mail sorting/delivery office as they are advising us that First Class deliveries are taking up to 7-10 working days to get through. Kind Regards, Tammy.
Very easy to purchase the experience day. This was bought as a present so hasn't been used yet, but used this website based on feedback from others so sure it will be fine :-)
