Purchasing the voucher online was very easy and the company were readily available on the telephone. It hasnt been gifted yet or used but hopefully the experience will be equally as good

Thank you for your feedback, unfortunately, orders that were/are placed using the Royal Mail first class option are all experiencing much longer than usual delays with Royal Mail’s distribution and delivery services due to their ongoing strikes. Please check with your local Royal Mail sorting/delivery office as they are advising us that First Class deliveries are taking up to 7-10 working days to get through. Kind Regards, Tammy.
