Hiya, thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. Firstly we’re very happy that you’re enjoying your new table. Regarding the delivery, the ex demonstration table was assembled rather than flat packed as is standard. With this in mid, we had to ensure a more specialist delivery to avoid any damages. Apologies for the small wears to the table, these had not been picked up in the website listing. I understand replacement parts have since been sent to you by our team. Hopefully this clears up your issue with the service level offered. Regarding the ex Demo table, this was offered with over £100 discounted off the retail price of the same model. I’m sorry you are disappointed with the wear of the table, and I'm happy to hear the replacement parts you had issue with have been received.
