Thanks ever so much for taking the time to leave a review for our service and the Cornilleau 300S Outdoor Table Tennis Table. I'm happy to read that everything ran smoothly to your arranged date. The install can be quite time consuming and tricky, we do try to give information and instructions on our site, in particular with the installation videos. We are big fans of the Cornilleau range and have a good few on display at our Bristol showrooms, and can also vouch for the build quality. Let us know if you need any further assistance, or accessories to accompany the table in the future. Thanks once more, Roger Roger

Thanks very much for taking the time to review your purchase with us. We make sure to have a good range of cues available, and it's cracking to read that you're happy with your choice! When it is a cue alone that is ordered, it is often the case that it will arrive without a case, but we do have options of cases on our website. Additionally, we have a wide range of cues at our Bristol showroom should you wish to call by when in the area to trial any future additions to your armoury. Thanks again and give our Sales Team a call if you have any questions. Roger

With this in mind it will be a one man delivery and will take at least three working days. We do try to make this clear in our web listing and confirmation email, but apologies if there was any confusion. I understand out team have been in touch and found a suitable resolution regarding any damages. Thanks again for your feedback and don't hesitate to contact our Sales and Service Team if you've any questions. Roger
