They respond very quickly to emails, the platform is very user friendly and easy to follow, with as much or as little information as you would like.

Hi, I’m sorry to hear this. Our platform is always growing and we’re continually adding new stocks, if a stock isn’t currently available, we can always look into this for you. However, this is only possible if these settle through the CREST system used by us to settle international securities. Whilst we appreciate that our platform charges aren't the cheapest, we feel they reflect good value for money considering the service we provide. Our dealing charges for example start at £11.95 and can be as little as £5.95 depending on the number of deals you placed the previous month.
