Hi, Thanks for leaving a review. Although the automated Bed & ISA service is currently suspended it is still possible to do this manually. Please contact our Helpdesk and we can provide some further information on the process. Nonetheless, once we have the ability to be able to successfully reintroduce those suspended services, like our Bed & ISA, we'll look to do so.
