Hvordan samles Feefo-anmeldelsene inn?

Thank you for your review. We’re pleased to hear you found the overall experience worthwhile and appreciated the convenience of the direct flight. As our aircraft is based in Tenerife, the northbound flight operates first each day, with the return service in the afternoon. We understand your comments about maximising time at your destination and will share this feedback as part of our ongoing reviews. We are sorry to hear about the lack of communication at Tenerife South Airport, we will raise this with our partners, so that going forward we can ensure clients get the required information. We hope that you choose to FlyDirect on another occasion.

Delays, both ways.

Delayed both ways, due to incoming aircraft. Not enough information as to how long it would be and why.

Thank you for sending us your review and feedback for your flights to and from Tenerife from the Isle of Man, I can only apologise that information was not relayed to our clients with regards for any delays you experienced. I will speak with our partners at Smartwings and also investigate with the ground team as to why the check-in desk was opened late for our passengers. We do hope you still had a fantastic time away and we hope you choose to FlyDirect on another occasion.
