As a US order you would not have been charged anything extra for delivery from us, i'm not sure what has happened there. The vest is adjustable, and this should help you alleviate any issues you are having with this. I hope this helps, and thank you for your feedback.

I loved how fast delivery was! The only comment I have that I wish an email would have been sent stating it was processed/on its way. The only email I received was right after my order was placed.

that is the chief aim of the 42 day returns policy, to give parents some peace of mind that should the product not suit their child's needs, they can return it free of charge. Any way that we can make the customer experience trouble free, w will strive to do that.
