We did briefly speak regarding the Home and Auto service (H&A), this is not an insurance but rather a service that provides roadside assistance, if you are removed your home due to natural disaster the service would help with hotel expense, it also has multiple other discounts like gas discounts, traveling and dinning etc. A member from our resolution team is working with the customer to resolving the complaint that was made.
