Booking was cancelled moments after you confirmed it. So all pointless.

The booking was immediately cancelled. You should liaise with the airline properly. The whole experience was pointless. You should be ashamed.

Dear Mr M Thanks for your feedback. I see that you made your booking on 16 March at 10.22 and that easyJet sent you an email the following evening to tell you that the flight had been cancelled. As I know you will appreciate, airlines are constantly adjusting their flying programmes and some flights are cancelled. Regrettably, easyJet did not let us know about the cancellation of your flight. Please do let me know if you need any assistance in finding an alternative for you. Very best regards Sophie. I booked in a hurry and didn't notice the £10 surcharge until it was too late. Given there is no advantage in using an agent it's best to go direct with the airline. Mind you the name Directline...
