Hello, thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We're very sorry to hear you were disappointed with your FRIO cooling wallet. FRIO wallets aren't designed to keep medication at refrigerator temperatures. Instead, they work through evaporative cooling to help keep in-use medication at a safe operating temperature of approximately 18–26°C when used correctly. As part of this process, the wallet needs access to air to allow evaporation, so if it is kept in a sealed bag or suitcase without airflow, this can affect its cooling performance. We've already reached out to you directly to better understand what happened and to see how we can help, but we haven't yet received a response. We always encourage customers to get in touch if they experience any issues, as we're happy to offer guidance and work with them to resolve any concerns.
