Thank you for your email. We are very sorry to hear that you were not notified that your goods were in the store for you to pick up, and that the shop assistants were inattentive. The manager of the shop has been made aware of this, and are currently looking into the matter in order to prevent this from happening again.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry for the delay in delivery to your order, which was dispatched on schedule 2 days after your order was placed. Our couriers were then unable to locate the property and delivery had been attempted 6 times before this was finally successful. After three attempts at delivery our couriers returned the goods to our warehouse, and this created a further delay. We appreciate the length of time taken to deliver your order and are very sorry for this inconvenience. An investigation into why so many attempts at delivery failed has been opened, and we will look to preventing this from occurring again in the future.
