Thank you for taking the time to provide this feedback, though we are sorry that you have not received your order despite two attempts. We are sorry also that you were incorrectly advised that the courier could be changed for orders on your account. We have fed this back to the store management to ensure colleagues are correctly advising customers of the delivery details for their order. We have processed a full refund for the missing order and shared your feedback with our logistics team to consider when putting our delivery services out for tender. We hope we can see you shopping again with us soon.

Thank you for this additional feedback regarding the parcel not being able to be left at your door despite this being requested. Your comments have been shared with our logistics team for review. While delivery issues of this nature are uncommon, we understand how frustrating it can be when a parcel cannot be delivered as expected. We hope you will give us another opportunity to restore your faith in us in the future. Our courier network successfully completes over 99% of deliveries, and we are sorry that your experience fell short of the high standard we aim to provide

Thank you again for providing this clarification, we have recorded this feedback with our logistics team and correspondence team regarding not being advised on which day the order would be delivered. We appreciate your detailed review of the delivery services experienced with our courier and hope we can offer a service you find more reliable soon.

We completely understand your frustration here, and it's something we 100% share. We hate to see our customers having this kind of experience and being let down in this way, despite the very best efforts of all involved at Charles Tyrwhitt to help and offer a resolution. It isn't the experience that 99.9% of our US customers have, but we're truly sorry that you have experienced it. We remain at your disposal if you need any assistance, and you can always reach our Customer Service Team through live chat, telephone or email. Your latest order (made on 20th October) is scheduled to arrive by 6th November, and we trust it will do so safe and sound.

It's never our intention to disappoint a customer, and we are sorry to learn of your experience. Our Management Team at the King of Prussia store has been made aware of your feedback and will review the matter before coming back to you shortly. We will do everything we can to put this right.

With our shirts being very highly regarded and an excellent reputation for quality forged over 40 years, it's obviously really disappointing to see your comments here and we're sorry that you feel this way about our shirts. The fit is something that we can absolutely help with, however, as it sounds as though you need some advice on what options are best for you. We offer three fits, which cover a range from fitted/tailored (Extra Slim) to generous and roomy (Classic). As for the feeling of quality, that can often come down to which weave is chosen and whether you prefer a thicker shirt or something thinner and lightweight - everyone has their preference. Our shirts are made from 100% cotton, and we truly believe you can't get better for the money. We'll reach out to see if you'd like any help with the fit, especially.
