I'd like to thank you for taking the time to leave feedback and i'm sorry to hear that you've had a poor experience with Carfinance247. We take all criticism on-board and shall be acting upon the comments tomorrow.
Our training & development manager will be listening to all calls with the sales person in question and looking through the case notes. If you could elaborate on the mistakes made that would be beneficial.

Thank you for the feedback and i'm sorry to hear that you had some negative issues with the deal itself and the speed at which it was completed.
Your comments have been passed on to the sales person in question and their team leader for further analysis. The process usually takes a week to sort out but obviously your expectations weren't managed correctly as they should have been.
