It took two weeks for the dealer to receive payment!! "Dealer was getting very impatient"...

Thank you for your feedback and i apologise for the service you received when dealing with Carfinance247.
The proofs that are requested by us are determined by the finance company supplying the loan. We pass on these requests which can be time consuming and annoying at times so i can understand your frustrations.
The interest rates are also set in accordance with your credit profile so we have no control over these unfortunately.
Again i'd like to apologise on behalf of Carfinance247 and rest assured the issues you faced with communication have been fed back to your sales advisors team leader already.

Thank you for your feedback and i'm sorry to hear that you had issues with the loan process.
The documents could have been posted or faxed back to us rather than just scanned so apologies this wasn't clearly explained over the phone.
Again the documents we request are set with each lender we deal with so these should have been clearly stated too.
I'll be passing on the issues to your sales advisors team leader tomorrow to discuss as it's clear there were problems with identifying what was required and what wasn't.
