Hvordan samles Feefo-anmeldelsene inn?

Good service from Waltons, a slight glitch regarding delivery because the shed was delivered direct from manufacturer and there was a lack of communication from them. It was delivered unexpectedly....

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We're very sorry to hear that the shed has not met your expectations in terms of quality and construction. We understand how frustrating it must be, particularly given your prior experience assembling sheds and the investment made in this product. We appreciate your positive comments regarding the ease of online ordering and the delivery service – it’s good to know those aspects went smoothly. That said, we take your concerns seriously, especially regarding the structural issues and the difficulty in assembly. Your feedback has been passed on to our product and quality assurance teams for review, as we are committed to improving our products and ensuring they offer good value for money. If you haven’t already been in touch with our customer service team, we would encourage you to do so, as we’d like the opportunity to resolve this for you.

System needs an update

It seems a very dated system where you have to phone to confirm you agree to delivery and instillation dates.

Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. We understand that the current process of confirming delivery and installation dates by phone may feel a little dated, and we’re actively exploring more convenient and modern options to improve this aspect of our service. Your comments help us identify areas where we can enhance the customer experience, and we’re grateful for your input. If there’s anything further we can assist you with, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

Thank you for your review, and we're very sorry to hear that your experience did not meet expectations. We understand how disappointing it must have been to receive a shed with issues relating to the quality of materials and the standard of installation, especially after paying extra for the assembly service. Your feedback has been passed on to the relevant team to ensure this is properly investigated. The matter regarding the door and the fitting of the screws should not have occurred, and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and if there’s anything further we can do to assist or to help resolve any outstanding issues, please don’t hesitate to contact our customer service team directly.
