Hvordan samles Feefo-anmeldelsene inn?

Build it yourself - no problem!

Delivered on time and well packed. I watched some of the videos, which were helpful, although there isn't one specifically for the 8 x 6 greenhouse.

Thank you for your feedback, and we're very sorry to hear about the issues you experienced with the delivery of your greenhouse. It’s extremely disappointing to learn that the item arrived damaged on not one, but two occasions — this is far from the level of service we aim to provide. Loading and handling should always be carried out with care, and it's clear we fell short in this instance. We completely understand how frustrating this must have been, especially having to carry out repairs yourselves. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused. Your comments have been passed on to our logistics and dispatch teams for review, as we take this matter seriously and will be looking into how we can prevent similar situations in future. If there are any outstanding issues or anything further we can do to help, we’d encourage you to get in touch with our customer service team directly.

Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We’re very sorry to hear about the multiple issues you faced with the quality of the timber, construction, and the delivery process. It’s clear that the experience was frustrating and fell well short of the standard we strive to provide. We sincerely apologise for the delays, missing parts, and the damage that occurred during delivery and re-delivery. Waiting 10 weeks for the necessary components is unacceptable, and we understand how this affected your build process. Your comments about the quality of the materials and the roof support have been passed to our product team for review, as we are committed to improving both product design and quality control. We truly appreciate your perseverance in completing the build despite the challenges and regret that the overall experience has led you to not recommend us. If there is anything further we can do to assist or if you would like to discuss your experience in more detail, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team.
