Bare kunder med kjøpsbevis kan legge igjen en Feefo-anmeldelse. Vi kvalitetssikrer dette ved å ta kontakt med kjøperne rett etter transaksjonen.

Hvordan verifiserer vi anmeldelser?

Vi kontrollerer at anmeldelsene kommer fra ekte kunder ved å knytte dem til et salg eller en transaksjon. Folk inviteres bare til å legge igjen en anmeldelse etter at de har kjøpt noe fra virksomheten.

As previously stated we arrived and was directed to a caravan which had not been cleaned from previous guests. The accomadation manager turned up and was very rude as I refused this van and requsted another. Eventually she said she would sort something out and we returned to reception for quite a wait until she eventually sent somebody with a key for another van.It left a bitter taste. But saying that we have been to many Haven camps and no complaints or worries but we have used a few Park Holidays camps this year and have resolved never to go near them again. They all seem rundown.

Confirmation was incomplete and park was unable to contact us. I had to contact Tencreek direct to confirm we were booked in as I had not heard from any one.

Your park would have received a confirmation that night and we are confused as to why that might not have been complete and are looking into this.
