Had to cancel at last minute. I accept not getting refund on accomodation, but wouldn't even refund optional extras ie bed linen that was not going to be used or entertainment passes.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that you had to cancel your holiday at the last minute. The optional extras payments are taken direct by the Park. Any refund, therefore, would be a matter of Butlin's policy and not BreakFree's, so we are sorry that we cannot help you further with this. BreakFree Holidays
