Hi Bradley, No cover is provided for cycles left unlocked and unattended in a location which is not your home. You had previously confirmed that you had read and understood our simple locking requirements. As these requirements were not met, we were unfortunately not apple to approve your claim on this occasion. We appreciate this is not the decision you would have wanted, but our decision making is applied fairly and consistently in line with the policy terms and conditions.
