I can see from the e-mail thread that you requested a refund when given the options of refund or replacement and a refund was processed on 23/01/2023.
We are deeply sorry for any delays in reaching your e-mail. We were working through a back log of e-mails from Christmas and were extremely busy over the telephones but I can see that you spoke with our customer service team.
