I'm having a horrible experience of service. I keep missing my order and when I contacted the depot of Yodel my order was already taken back to the retailer. 3weeks still waiting.

I can see that your order has been returned to sender and we are awaiting a reply if you would like another item of the same value sending out as your original order items are out of stock or if you would like a refund for the items. e-mail sent to you 09/02/2023.
We are deeply sorry for the delay. We put our upmost trust in Yodel to deliver our orders on time and due to circumstances this has not happened.
