Thank you for your feedback. I'm glad to hear that you were pleased with the products and provided a 5* review for them. Regarding our damages policy, we, unfortunately, must work within the limitations provided by couriers.
All our goods are insured to cover customers' orders against any potential damage, however, the couriers require the goods to be checked on delivery. We understand that this is not always convenient, and as an extra measure, we have extended this period by 24hrs at our own cost/risk. Unfortunately, we were not notified of your damages until 8 days after the goods had been signed for.
We do highlight this numerous times during the sales process. Details are located in the delivery information area of our website, in the T&C's, we then send an email reminder about checking the goods within 24hrs, and all pallets are labeled with a large printed reminder to check the goods and report damages to us within 24hrs.
We would, of course, like to extend this to a longer period, but unfortunately, there is no courier operating in the UK or Ireland that will insure goods against damages that is not reported with 24hrs of delivery.
