Hoe worden Feefo-beoordelingen verzameld?

We verzamelen onafhankelijk feedback namens de bedrijven die met ons samenwerken. Ons platform benadert alleen geverifieerde kopers, dus je kunt er zeker van zijn dat je beoordelingen van echte klanten leest.

Wie kan een Feefo-beoordeling achterlaten?

Alleen klanten met een aankoopbewijs kunnen een Feefo-beoordeling achterlaten. We zorgen hiervoor door kopers direct na hun aankoop te benaderen.

Hoe verifiëren we beoordelingen?

We controleren of beoordelingen van echte klanten zijn door ze te koppelen aan een verkoop of transactie. Mensen worden alleen uitgenodigd om een beoordeling achter te laten na een aankoop bij het bedrijf.

Hoe gaan we om met nepbeoordelingen?

Feefo voorkomt dat mensen nepbeoordelingen achterlaten doordat we alleen geverifieerde kopers uitnodigen om feedback te geven.

Easy to order online and pick up in store, timing worked well. My biggest wish would be that whistles establishes free delivery and returns to Germany. Then I would recommend it to my friends.

Purse packaging had made marks on the actual purse exterior, better method of packing with all cardboard tags to remain inside purse would be more ideal as the cardboard has left marks on the purse

2nd order of same product as wrong one was initially sent

I had to order these twice, as the first time they sent the wrong colour shoes in the correct box! Someone hadn't checked before sending, so I had to re-order and have 2 amounts on my card.
