Hoe worden Feefo-beoordelingen verzameld?

We verzamelen onafhankelijk feedback namens de bedrijven die met ons samenwerken. Ons platform benadert alleen geverifieerde kopers, dus je kunt er zeker van zijn dat je beoordelingen van echte klanten leest.

Wie kan een Feefo-beoordeling achterlaten?

Alleen klanten met een aankoopbewijs kunnen een Feefo-beoordeling achterlaten. We zorgen hiervoor door kopers direct na hun aankoop te benaderen.

Hoe verifiëren we beoordelingen?

We controleren of beoordelingen van echte klanten zijn door ze te koppelen aan een verkoop of transactie. Mensen worden alleen uitgenodigd om een beoordeling achter te laten na een aankoop bij het bedrijf.

Hoe gaan we om met nepbeoordelingen?

Feefo voorkomt dat mensen nepbeoordelingen achterlaten doordat we alleen geverifieerde kopers uitnodigen om feedback te geven.

4 days later and no attempt at delivery or any idea where the parcel is. To be told i'll get a refund isn't the point. I want the shoes but there's no way of even getting the couriers to attempt re-delivery. Just poor service.

Hi Cathy We're now 36 hours on and i still haven't heard anything. You'd had lots of time to sort this out. Why don't you send me another pair out by express delivery so i get them by Friday? If the other pair mysteriously turn up (let's face it's nearly two weeks since I ordered them so it's unlikely) I'll contact you and you can get them collected. I'd appreciate an answer as soon as possible. By the way is the only way to get anyone to respond by posting publicly via review site? Kind of re-emphasises the problem don't you think?
