Regarding the ticket you received while driving the rental car, I understand you have spoken with your Travel Specialist and emailed with Bryan about this. We did absorb the administration fee in an effort to help you resolve this issue. We're sorry you felt as if your Travel Specialist raised her voice on the phone. I understand that you originally had the rental car until the next morning to return to the airport but decided to turn it in early.
