I am sorry to hear you have found your Name Labels as part of your Orientation Pack have come off.
We do recommend leaving your labels to adhere to any surface for 48 hours before washing. The surface must also be smooth, flat and dry for the label to stay attached when washed.

I am sorry to hear you have had some issues with the application of your Iron on clothing labels. Your labels should not be damaged in any way after applying your label onto the clothing garments, as well as after it has been through the washing cycle.
It may be due the heat of your iron. Try turning the setting to a cooler setting, and ensure you are using the parchment paper provided when applying this, as it will protect the label.

I am sorry to hear you have had troubles with your most recent label purchase. They should not be difficult to peel off the backing sheet at all, and seems to be a production error when cutting your labels.
Upon looking into your order, I can see you have ordered three packs of Cool Kids Name Labels - Pencil Stickers.
