However, we are set up as a digital banking proposition for our savings customers and therefore our infrastructure does not include an extensive call centre team. If any customer requests via email or webchat for us to call them, we will do so usually within 15 minutes of receiving the request and we generally also provide a telephone contact number. We are in the process of setting up the confirmation of payee system, however this can take a some time. We understand why this may be a concern, only a few banks at present are opted into a scheme where banks can verify a sort code. This means that at present our bank does not display this message. However, Oxbury is authorised and regulated by the FCA and PRA and funds up to £85,000 are protected by the FSCS should anything go wrong.
