Good service - what let them down was the fact that we were not advised when we bought the furniture that we had to assemble it ourselves. Very disappointed about it.

We are sorry to hear you are disappointed having to assemble your Monterey furniture, seating units and benches are fully assembled, we do state on our website that some self assembly is required on this product. We do offer a white glove service, our staff will assemble all pieces of furniture and remove packaging for a small cost, this service is advertised on line and in store. We hope you enjoy your furniture for many years to come.
