Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the course, and apologies for the confusion around the exam scheduling. I can see from our system that you were initially booked onto a classroom course, but had to be transferred to a virtual classroom, due to Covid-19. If you had been able to attend a classroom course, you would have sat the exam while you were there, and the same would usually be true of our virtual classroom courses. However, the pandemic has led to a significant rise in the number of people wanting to sit their exams via the online proctor system. Therefore, all of our virtual classroom delegates are informed three weeks prior to their training start date, that if they wish to sit the exam in the time allocated during the course, they need to book it well in advance – this information was in your joining instructions.
